Submitting a design does not guarantee approval, production, or payment.

All submissions are reviewed by Legacy Ink first. If we decide to move forward with your design, additional steps will be required before anything is released, sold, printed, or paid.

i Important Contributor Information

If Legacy Ink selects your design for paid use, you will be required to complete additional paperwork before payment can be issued.

Those steps may include:

  • final review and approval by Legacy Ink
  • revisions or adjustments to the design
  • a contributor, usage, or design agreement
  • written payment terms
  • a completed W-9 before any payment is issued
  • any other information needed to finalize the project

Please only submit if you understand this is a review-based process and selected designs may require paperwork before moving forward.
